Thank you :) That's a couple of years old now, taken at the end of her recovery.
She was in a terrible state when I got her-she'd lost half her tail after an attack by a young monitor lizard she'd been tanked with(they'd not been fed in who knows how long)and the stump was gangranous(sp?dyslexic, sorry). She was so thin you could count nearly all her ribs by eye,and half the length she should have been for her age :(
The vet I took her to managed a good job on her tail-it looks basicly normal shaped and unscarred, just shorter than usual. And she's a fine length now-hit the 7 foot mark on her last measuring just under a month ago :D
Thank you for accepting :D I understand how strange life can be when you have a habit of aquiring odd animals under trying or unusual circumstances;)Thankfully the 'rattlesnake roundups' are not something we have to contend with here in the UK-all our reptile species have been protected for some years now, including our few snakes:)
