there is another good topic to discuss, woundering what others opinion is, this modern day america, land of oppertunity, and what about just walking on those less fortunate to earn a living, and the realization that teenagers today have this fad about being sluts, dressing like a $2 whore when going out for drinks, agreed sexual attraction helps finding a lover, but today people just want to fuck, and those who dress provocative and seem to look for a decent partner complain when they are faceing just another sex craved asshole. getting yourself a little attention now again never killed anyone, looking your best and little lip stick never killed anyone, having a litle fun, never killed anonye, but how far will it go, more and more "perversions" coming out as normal, adults who know who they are and what they like to do with their bodies have every right, don't get me wrong sex is enjoyable, but classy will always be better then trashy. clean is better then dirty.prositution, it simply puts a good person's charecter to shame, the hooker with a heart of gold, will always still just be a hooker. wake up america, your children are whatching.

I think this is a common complaint. We're influenced by media culture and they focus on the negative. The youth of our society has chosen to thrive on negative attention. In my state, there are pregnant 12 year olds able to be found anywhere. It's not so much about preventing these things, but to educate your child. Kids will do what they want. Always. The more you restrain them, the worse it can get, but there does have to be some restraint there.

I do want to say that METALDRUMMNER666 has a point, but I think it can be better executed. It would be the same as a 14 year old's quest to wear pants with chains and lyrics on them. Some parents don't approve. Some parents do. The issue with wearing the types of clothing described in your paragraph are... just that. They are all about sex. Teens just want attention. To rebel. To be "different". I see it all the time. When I pass the purse stand in the mall, I hear what we lump together as preps asking, "has anyone else bought one? is this the only one you got in?" and... we have a lot in common. we just express it different. Being "sexy" just makes you desirable instead of "thatgothkidthatwritespoemsandsmokesclovecigarettesandwonttalktopeople" which... people tend to think aren't so sexy or desirable. Just a fact of high school life. I like college much better.

I like where your heads at Ghost. What ever happened to courting/dating? Seriously.

(I had a whole paragraph in reply to this... but my modem cut me off and it was lost so this is the very summerized version.)

Where is the need for courting or dating when children so readily give out sexual favors in exchange for being known or a little bit of popularity?

i blame the TV, parents and kids themselves who are growing the wrong way and not really knowing what they want from life and are their goals to achieve they are only looking for the wrong good time and not seeing after that the consequences i mean...
