dont know if anyone out there has gone through a bad landlord, i have, know your rights and stand up for your rights. dont let them take advantage of you. So now i fight, in court of course.
omg -- i've been there -- best of luck to you. There are lots of laws protecting the tenents, but some that protect the landlords too. I really wish you the best, ack!
