So, I've decided that I'm sick and tired...of being sick and tired. I entirely do not get enough excersise, and I live in the perfect place to be getting plenty of it. I've never felt better than when I was vegan and walked more than two miles a day. Well, I'm vegan again, and still moody (more than gothically so), so therefore, I'm picking up my old excersise routine once more. I've already lost around 25 lbs just by changing my eating habits, but I'm shooting for 50 total.
However, I'm not going to go walking in the middle of the day like all these sun-aged thirty-somethings that look closer to forty-something; I'm going to go walking (with accompanyment, of course) Between the hours of midnight and six AM, because the weather is coolest, the stars are out, and I don't have to wear three layers of clothes and a sombrero, as well as SPF 125+ super-pore-clogging-vampire-preserving-evil-star-block. I'm going to avoid the sun entirely. That way, I'll have my endorphin-producing excersise, on MY schedule, lose more weight, feel better and think better too. Perhaps, if there's any other creatures of the night in my area, that I'll see you out there with a buddy as well. Nameste all!
